Who we are
SwiftVPS is a trading name operated by UNI AGCY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company registration number 16174777, with its registered office at 24-26 Arcadia Avenue, London N3 2JU, United Kingdom.
You can reach us at any time at support@swiftvps.cloud.
The service
We provide virtual private servers with allocated vCPU, RAM, SSD storage, bandwidth and IP addresses as described on the plan you select. Resource specifications, included features and prices are set out on our pricing section and form part of these Terms.
We target 99.9% network uptime as described in our service-level commitment. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practicable and does not count against availability.
Orders, billing and renewal
Plans are billed monthly in advance in US Dollars. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Prices exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- break any applicable law or infringe the rights of others;
- send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operate open relays;
- launch or participate in network attacks, port scanning or intrusion attempts;
- host malware, phishing content, or material that is unlawful to distribute;
- consume resources in a way that degrades service for other customers.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with notice where circumstances allow.
Your responsibilities
You receive full root access and are responsible for securing, patching, backing up and configuring your server and the data on it. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid in the month in which the relevant claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
