The 24-hour guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of completing your first purchase of a SwiftVPS plan. This is a first-purchase guarantee: it applies once, to your initial order.
To request a refund, email support@swiftvps.cloud from the address on your account, with your order details, within the 24-hour window.
What is covered
- Your very first SwiftVPS order, requested within 24 hours.
- The full amount paid for that first month of service.
What is not covered
- Renewals and any purchase after your first order — the guarantee applies to the first purchase only.
- Requests made more than 24 hours after the first purchase.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service or acceptable-use rules.
- Any add-ons, custom work or third-party charges, unless required by law.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. We will confirm by email when the refund has been sent.
Your statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under the laws of England and Wales. If you have any question about a refund, contact support@swiftvps.cloud.
